Evaluation after interview

Even though you have not secured your employment after interview, you should not lose your heart and confidence. Each interview is a good opportunity to develop and sharpen yourself. We should conduct self-evaluation after each interview. By doing this, we can improve and equip ourselves in the coming interviews. It will enhance our performance and increase the chance of success in future interviews.

After interview, you should conduct an evaluation on the following:

  1. Have you been fully prepared for the interview?

  3. Do you display your confidence? If not, how to improve?
  4. Have you grasped the chance to present your strengths and working experience?
  5. Which kind of questions is the most difficult to handle during the interview?
  6. If you think your answer is not good, how to answer them in a better way?
  7. Which part of the interview you are doing fine?
  8. What are the areas for improvement?
