Customer Services Officer (Japanese/French/Korean)
- To provide efficient and courteous check-in services to passengers in order to achieve on time flight departure and handle passengers at boarding and arrival gates efficiently
- F.5 or above
- Proficiency in Japanese/French/Korean, English and Chinese
- Pleasant, helpful and customer oriented, willing to work shift
Customer Services Officer (Landside/Airside Operation)
- To monitor flight handling at departure gate, arrival and transfer area. Provide efficient and courteous check-in services to passengers in order to achieve on time flight departure
- 5 passes in HKCEE (Chinese, English, Mathematics) or equivalent
- Proficiency in English & Chinese, good command of Putonghua
- Command of other languages or dialects would be a plus
- Pleasant, helpful and customer oriented. Good interpersonal skill
- Capable of working independently and under pressure
Customer Services Officer (Ticketing)
- To handle flight reservation, facilitate air ticket issuance, including issuing of new tickets and re-routing
- Handle standby passengers and answer queries at airport information counter
- 5 passes in HKCEE (Chinese, English, Mathematics) or equivalent
- Proficiency in English & Chinese, good command of Putonghua
- Command of other languages or dialects would be a plus
- Pleasant, helpful and customer oriented. Good interpersonal skill
- Capable of working independently and under pressure
- Plus Willing to work shift
Customer Services officer (Baggage Services)
- To assist passengers in reclaiming baggage
- To handle baggage transfer and loss & found items
- 5 passes in HKCEE (Chinese, English, Mathematics) or equivalent
- Proficiency in English & Chinese, good command of Putonghua
- Command of other languages or dialects would be a plus
- Pleasant, helpful and customer oriented
- Capable to work independently and under pressure and willing to work shift
Cargo Services Officer
- To handle cargo documentation, prepare cargo export and import documents, monitor cargo equipment control and handle cargo tracing and claims
- 5 passes in HKCEE (Chinese, English, Mathematics) or equivalent
- Proficiency in English & Chinese, good command of Putonghua. Willing to work overnight shift
- Possession of driving license #1 will be an advantage
Flight Operations Officer
- To prepare pre-flight documents for flight dispatch, answer enquiries on aircraft schedules & operation matters and provide crew briefing services
- 5 passes in HKCEE (Chinese, English, Mathematics) or equivalent
- Proficiency in English & Chinese, good command of Putonghua. Willing to work overnight shift
- Possession of driving license #1 will be an advantage
Flight Control Officer
- To prepare pre-flight editing and catering order.
- To calculate aircraft weight and balance.
- To issue loading instructions.
- F.5 or above, passes in HKCEE (Chinese, English, Mathematics) or equivalent
- Proficiency in English & Chinese, and ability to communicate in Putonghua
- Work overtime is needed
