The Interactive Selective Placement Service (iSPS) has been launched by the Selective Placement Division of the Labour Department recently. iSPS provides employers and disabled job seekers with not only useful employment information, but also interactive placement services meeting their needs. With iSPS, employers can place vacancy orders, search for suitable disabled job seekers and ask for interview arrangements while disabled job seekers can ask for registration, view the latest vacancy information, conduct job-matching and request job referral service.
